We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items
We only offer replacements if:

  • You receive a damaged item
  • You receive the wrong item

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

 


 

3. How to Report an Issue

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at uplifteduk1@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photo evidence of the item

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

 


 

4. Non-Eligible Cases

We do not provide replacements, refunds, or credits for:

  • Items reported after the 48-hour window
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse after delivery
